For some reason "Doby" and I always got along,
from Wilson Ave on. Have no idea why. I certainly wasn't "cool"
in his eyes. He was a tough dude, and I like him. He backed me up
several times in schoolyard scraps. We Always said hi in the
hallways. I have often wondered what happened to Doby, and wished
him luck. Never knew. Peace, my friend. |
